The "Play Online" mode publishes the score obtained in a global record table, and the score obtained by the player will only be updated if the existing score is exceeded. Global scores can be viewed by clicking on the "Scores" button in the main menu.
In order to play the "Online" mode, the player must have access to the Internet and must first register with a username, password and email address. In case of forgetting any of the data, the user data can be retrieved by entering the email, and then click on the button "Remember Password" which will send the information of the "Online" access to the email entered. It is also possible to change the password of a registered user by clicking on the "Change Password" button.
On the other hand, in the "Play Offline" mode, the scores obtained at a global level will not be published, and a user name will have to be entered each time the game is played. Scores will be saved locally in a table, which can be deleted at any time.
Single-player challenges can be performed against another opponent via Bluetooth on the device. This is done by pressing the "Challenge player" button on the start screen of the main menu.
To start the challenge, one player presses the "Wait player" button while the other player presses the "Connect player" button. The "Cancel connection" button can be pressed on both devices to start the process again in case of confusion.
In case of a successful connection, the game will start, and the opponent's score can be displayed in real time during the game.
Finally, the game awards an extra time bonus of 2 seconds for each letter of the word formed, when there are less than 10 seconds left in the game. This mode only works in single player mode, and not in Bluetooth challenge mode.
