REAPER
REAPER is a first-person, medieval-themed action game drawing inspiration from 90s FPS games, Hotline Miami, and modern Roguelites.
You must SLAY your way through 26 areas, eliminating every one of your foes and reaping their souls. Clearing a level opens a portal to the next Realm, and also allows you the choice between two helpful items from a pool of upgrades, weapons, health, and ammunition.
Every five Realms, a new enemy will be introduced. You'll need to learn quickly which weapons are best suited for each foe, and switch between them to preserve scarce ammunition for your projectile weapons.
REAPER features a two-sided one-hit kill mechanic, though some foes are more likely to survive your strike than others.
Expect to die, a lot, but YOU ARE DEATH and DEATH NEVER DIES.
Learning enemy placement is pivotal to success.
