Hayao Maelström is a young Japanese scientist and inventor who arrived in France two years ago. He has moved to a small village, Valfutaie, in Haute-Savoie. One day, he receives an official letter, signed by Nikola Tesla. He was invited to the Congress of Scientists, an event that takes place every 10 years at the Scientific Congress in Paris, that occurs in the Eiffel Tower.

However, as Nikola Tesla finishes his opening speech, the lights go out. When the lights come back on, Tesla has disappeared!

While the police are investigating to try and find the scientist, Hayao, along with his dog Alpina, are also investigating to find out the truth behind these events...

As Hayao and Alpina, you'll meet a range of attractive and engaging characters, but you'll probably make enemies too!
