Drums in the Deep
is a short, top-down 'action-horror' game where you either sneak and hide to find the exit or run and gun to bring victims home.

THE ADS ARE 100% OPTIONAL!
No ad will ever stop gameplay! It's really there to cut down on grinding the game and such.

There's in-game help, but if you want a quick run down....

Controls:
Use the left virtual "D-pad" to move about with the red section being the sprint option. Which is loud enough to attract hunters if they're nearby!

Use the right virtual "joystick" to look around with the red section being the "fire" section. It'll become full auto when using the SMG, so be mindful of that.

"Callout": have a fellow Victim follow you when nearby

"Flashlight/Interact": turn on/off light while telling any followers to fire/hold fire respectfully.

"Switch weapons": creates a time tear within several known universes to facilitate the use of firearms at a moments notice. Also allows the player to shoot without ever reloading. All future instances load on game startup (hence the lag).

The ads are nonexistent if you're willing to grind a tiny bit, otherwise, save yourself some time from grinding and be rewarded!

Hero - You against three indomitable hunters. Find the weakness or the exit, with or without people. Find the lore within Hero and defeat the Hunter ("He's bulletproof until he's not..."). OR escape to unlock Hero+.

Hero+ - You return back to the labyrinth, but with the exit right behind you. This time, the Hunters are out in full force with numerous victims made to meander. The Hunters aren't bullet proof this time around....

Dread - You against an undetermined amount of hunters, with no exit. It truly is just a messy experience of shooting and running, hoping they get disinterested with you when they take your entourage. At least they die now...

Experimental Modes:

Tunnels - (WIP) You go in. Get the snow. Get out. Turn off your light and use "Interact/Flashing" when behind to "sneak attack". They can definitely hear your gunshots and you running. Only thing going for you is your silenced pistol.

Battlegrounds - One day redo of tunnels to just have ai running around and shoot each other with no reason. Also testing the placing of barricades, still needs heavy work.

View Network Connections/Full Network Access - The process in which to add Google Ads requires that I ask for internet permission to play said ads.

Prevent Device from Sleeping - Must be the game engine's default choice to prevent sleeping. More than likely will be removed in future releases, since the player is constantly touching the screen.
