Ralph is a veteran homicide detective who has a high service record. His reliable partner and best friend, Nathan, has been with him for the past 5 years. Together, the two of them has solved multiple cases together.
One day, a strange killing appears where the victim is bound in chains. At the same time, Nathan completely disappears without a trace. Ralph grows worried for his friend when more killings with the same M.O. began to appear.
While chasing this case, Ralph is partnered up with a rookie detective named Tyler, who doesn't take his job seriously. Will Ralph be able to solve the mystery of the Chain Killings with his new carefree partner?
