XO Dama
XO Dama or Dama like we used to name it, is a kind of extended XO / Tic Tac Toe game. It's a 3x3 matrix of points connected to each other via lines to form a net as you can see in the icon above. Each player has 3 tokens to place one by one in turn on the net points trying to line them up horizontal, vertical or diagonal in order to win.
The difference between XO / Tic Tac Toe is when the game ends in a tie. In XO Dama we continue the game by moving the tokens from one net point to the next one trying to line up own tokens and prevent the opponent to do so. The winner is the one who succeeds to line up his/her tokens.
As kids and teenagers of the 80s and 90s, we were enjoying this game a lot. We used to draw the net on a paper or even on any suitable surface with chalk and start immediately playing...
