XO Challenge

XO game, also known as tic-tac-toe, is a two-player strategy game played on a 3x3 grid. The players take turns marking either an "X" or an "O" in one of the empty cells on the grid. The player who succeeds in placing three of their marks in a horizontal, vertical, or diagonal row wins the game. If all the cells are filled and no player has achieved a win, then the game is declared a draw.
