Walk the Past VR
Walk The Past VR is a narrated journey through history, created in collaboration with writer Sam Gohra. It allows you to go through detailed reconstructions of events, fortifications and environments during the battle of Cartagena in 1741.
Enjoy the sights, discover the landmarks, and learn about history.
A great effort was directed to the creation of 3D models of the fortifications and scenarios on which the user can move freely. You can take the main tour, guided by 2 narrators and listen to an enthralling and fully voice acted retelling of the battle. Apart from this you will be able to do exploratory activities at your discretion extending your experience. There are also fast travel options to places of interest, for specific experiences.
Non VR mode is also available.
Collect objects scattered all around the locations and find your way by using your compass.
Read through beautifully written journals of fallen soldiers .
Mark the discovery of landmarks.
We hope you enjoy your journey into the 18th century!
