Get a new experience flying among the clouds in your turbo plane. You'll encounter turbulence and oncoming planes that will hit you every now and then.

Use all your accumulated knowledge to avoid hitting them. Every time you fly past other planes you'll feel the turbulence and earn points for bravery.
