Sim Racing Dash for Forza H4 is a telemetry app for Forza Horizon 4 (Xbox One, PC) from Microsoft.

This app allows to display vehicle information of Forza Horizon 4 by UDP communication with Xbox One / PC.

When this app detects Forza Horizon 4 (Xbox One / PC) on the same wireless LAN, it starts UDP communication and receives telemetry data from Forza Horizon 4.
