Roots

In Roots, Players are tasked to go through Dungeons, collect Experience Points and materials and manage their army of Insects in the Hub Zone, with crafting, upgrading and evolving their units and equitable weapons.The scientist:The playable character is the Mad Biologist, a scientist who shrinks herself down to the size of an ant to defend the roots of the plants which enemy insects’ attack.
The scientist uses different crafted Weapons to output basic damage to her enemies. Weapons can be crafted or looted from rare enemies or Bosses.The ants:The ants have several different classes of ants. With those classes, the player can do different things in the world or the hive. The colony has different rooms:Lab, Farm, Armory, Queens chamber, Botanical gardens etc.The enemies:In the beginning of the game the insects are normal insects. The further the story progresses the weirder they get.
There are also two tear enemies such as dragonflies that start as larva and then becomes a dragonfly.
