STORY"There’s a rumour going around at school...
They say if you receive a garbled message, you’ll go missing, only to be discovered as a mangled corpse."

When introverted high schooler Kazami receives a mysterious garbled message on her pager, she turns to the internet to decipher the message, only to send her spiralling deep into a dark rabbit hole, opening the connections for friendship, but also the connection to a mysterious being known only as “Pinwheel”.OVERVIEWA third person psychological horror set in 90s Japan.

Anxiety riddled and socially inept, play as high schooler Kazami and help her uncover the truth behind horrific incidents that begin to occur at her school and in her personal life by collecting clues and facing another horror, social interaction.
Decide Kazami’s fate and change the story by collecting PC components to upgrade the family computer and decode garbled messages, sending Kazami through a branching narrative that leads to multiple endings.

Story focused
Written to feel like playing an unreleased Japanese horror movie/anime from the 90s whilst drawing influence from games such as Haunting Ground, Rule of Rose, Silent Hill, Maria and serial experiments lain the video game.

Gameplay

Run, hide, and navigate your way past horrifying apparitions in defenceless, non-combat style gameplay.
Play from a third person perspective with fixed camera angles for a cinematic feel controlling a 2D anime character.
Find out clues by talking to fellow students in visual novel style.
Interact with the environment to obtain key items and uncover clues to progress the story.
