Mage Hunt: Spellshifter
Brutal, dark fantasy action rpg, where you become the hunter of slowly going insane mutated mages turning monsters. You will visit many unique locations, meet various twisted characters and factions but foremost track and hunt always unique, adapting and dangerous targets through ever changing environment be it out of passing of time, seasons, in consequences of your actions, magic influences on biomes or out of natural cause and effect of hatred shared between groups wearing different types of hats.

Narrative Premise:
You are a golem, uknown how many of you are out there and without any tangible memories of anything past the never ending hunt, but golems usually sleep and are awoken only to hunt magical abominations, this used to happen every few dozens of years, but now is different and you can't sleep, but why and what will you do now?

General experience is the balancing act between action fueled bursts of violence through slashing, freezing, exploding inside out, ripping apart and stomping to death, with fluid vertical traversal, acrobatics, dodging and strategical use of environment, different properties of your weapons, items, wielded magic and special higher magic system where time slows be it in mid air, slide or summersault or while climbing on out of proportions mutated mage to summon undeads on his head to eat his brains out or generally asses your environment and unleash powerfull magic.

You can freely hybrid your equipment and skillset between magic, technology and mutations, some work together better than the other, different types of magic, weapons have unique properties and technology if uses magic can either strenghten it or drains it as a source, then always every path you take will have its strenghts, power but also consequences, weaknesess and risks. Just remember that hunt is like a living organism with time it adapts and on top of that you never what you might find, surviving the hunt will require of you to adapt, switching strategies and evolving your toolset of death.

| Where do Golems go when they die? |
During your hunts you will find various places filled with raw energy, it might be a slaughter and blood filled earth like a memory of long ago fought battle that had place here once, drenched in death, it might be possible to connect with this source and its unique qualities to wake up as an undead. Maybe you stumble upon some nature spirits filled altar and take an offer that will allow you to get back as an Ent like creature formed from roots of the trees inhabited by these spirits or maybe the corpse of some powerfull magic creature would suit, well good luck with that.
different ressurection places, require unique sacrifices, challenge and offer specific gifts
such places can be later on modified with these ressurection modifiers
different ressurected forms bring different strengts and weaknesses, unique properties
When your golems consciousness sales away into slumber, you can wait till he wakes up at one of the sources, but the catch is it takes time, weeks, months, sometimes seasons change, the land inhabitants might change, evolve, be replaced, some places might fall to ruin and other prosper, it will all depend on what you've done before you died and what sort of creature fed on your magical radioactive corpses, it might be totaly different game now.
