The game consists of multiple levels, each with specific objectives and time constraints. Players can swap the positions of two adjacent gems, arranging gems of the same color together, usually three or more, to make them disappear and score points. Eliminating more gems or forming a combo (eliminating gems in succession) will result in an item that will help the player quickly eliminate an entire row or column or a single gem, which can quickly earn points. In most levels, the player needs a certain number of points to pass the level. The player's progress in the game is saved, so they can stop at any time and resume at a later time. Players are also rewarded for completing levels, achieving certain scores, or completing other achievements.
