Fifth Dimension Destiny

Kyle is worried about his wife, Anna, who is pregnant and showing signs of stillbirth. One day, a mysterious portal opens and forcefully teleports him back to the past. The year is 1918. World War I is just coming to an end. Finding himself in an unfamiliar mountainous area back in time, he encounters a tank brigade ambushed and annihilated by hostile guerrilla forces. On the battlefield, he slowly learns that the cause of Anna’s imminent stillbirth in the present time has something to do with the sergeant who led the brigade. What did he witness on the battlefield? Who is the sergeant? It’s a short story of love and reconciliation. Enjoy!
