Don't Mess With Vampires
The game is played turn-based and works on an endless basis.
It is composed of 2 distinct phases, day and night. Each one has its particularities and does not last the same time.
With each new day, a wave of attackers enters the castle of our character. Their goal is to find us and kill us. Each wave is made up of attackers and a more powerful leader.
The objective of our character is to scare them
using traps that he can activate via the minimap or by being nearby. Those used can be rearmed overnight.
When an enemy is frightened by a trap, he run away from the castle.
The player's objective during the day is to survive by watching out for traps left by enemies like garlic or open windows. He will have to activate traps and try to scare the leader. He has at his disposal in each room, mirrors which allow him to teleport to another room of his castle but be careful, they will then be unusable for a certain time.
If that leader is scared and exits the castle, the player will transform when the night arrives. He will become a bloody beast that can kill attackers and clear his castle.
As soon as the night is over, the vampire will lose its powers and become harmless again. Enemies not killed or scared remain in the castle for the next day. It's up to the player to juggle between activating traps and killing enemies.
