It could be steps, exercise done or other. If you complete your your physical exercise, this unlocks stimulating daily mental challenges, designed to keep your brain sharp, like chess, wordle, sudoku, or a daily crossword. Rinse, repeat, and build a healthy habit. You’ll still be a Couch Potato, don’t worry, just a slightly more active one!
