Beer Factory Crew
Beer Factory Crew will allow you to manage a beer production factory.
**UPDATE JAN-2024** I will be adding pipe system and transport conveyers to the game
You will be responsible for managing the inner works of a factory and making sure it runs smoothly and with optimal capacity and organization.
The goal is to create profitable factory.
Game is intentionally made in 2D pixel art style to resemble older type of games (yay 1980s generation!)
Machine management and production orders:
Set up exact mix of machines needed for your desired achievement.
You can decide do you want less machines with more complex production orders or more machines with straightforward production runs.
Machines also require dimension change on change of production order so bigger series are more desirable.
Worker Management:
Don't hire too much people or they will eat your budget.
Don't hire any less because you will have production losses.
Workers have traits (positive and negative) which will reflect on their speed of operation.
Workers need to be taken care of in terms of hunger, toilet and rest.
Material management:
You can buy from input bays several raw materials in different quantities
Don't buy too much at one time because it will overrun your storage areas
Storage and material flow:
Each material and intermediate material needs to be delivered to machine and taken out ("evacuated") from the machine.
This requires careful planning where to put storage areas in order to minimize walking distance of operators.
Economy simulation:
Prices can vary over time, so make sure to buy raw materials when they are low and sell final products when they are high.
You can take loans to support your budget, but don't run in too much debt.
Research and perks:
Each item in game has ability to receive certain perks which improve performance.
Some perks need to be researched first.
Research is happening if you have a research room with researchers hired.
Researchers are used only for research purposes and they don't contribute to production.
